This Easy Homemade Muesli is loaded with nutrients, super customizable, and naturally vegan. Enjoy with a splash of almond milk, heated up oatmeal-style, or with coconut yogurt and fresh fruit.

You will need: -Rolled oats -Raw almonds, pecans, cashews, pumpkin  seeds, & sunflower seeds -Salt & cinnamon -Dried coconut flakes -Dried cranberries & raisins

Steps 1-2: Preheat oven to 350F. Combine oats, nuts, seeds, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl and spread half of the mixture on a baking tray.

Steps 3-4: Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, stir, sprinkle dried coconut on top, and bake another 1-2 minutes.

Steps 5-7: Repeat baking process with the second batch. Add dried cranberries and raisins to muesli. Serve as you wish and enjoy!
