You will need: -Tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, onion, & red/orange bell pepper -Garlic -Salt & pepper -Dried basil, smoked paprika, & oregano -Pasta -Cannellini beans -Coconut yogurt

Steps 1-2: Preheat oven to 400F. Place veggies on a baking sheet and sprinkle on seasonings.

Step 3: Chop your garlic in half and wrap in foil. Place on the baking sheet.

Steps 4-5: Roast for 50 minutes. Cook pasta while waiting for the veggies to roast.

Step 6: Add all roasted veggies to a blender with some pasta water, cannellini beans, and coconut yogurt. Blend until smooth.
