You will need:
-Vegetable broth
-Dried kombu
-Shiitake mushrooms
-Red miso paste
-Green onion
-Dried wakame seaweed
-Silken tofu
-Tamari

Step 1: Add veggie broth and kombu to a pot and bring to a simmer. Simmer 10 minutes.

Step 2: Add shiitake mushrooms. Continue to simmer.
