You will need: -Sourdough Bread -Vegan Butter OR Vegan Mayo -Vegan Cheddar Cheese Sauce (recipe at joyfulbalanceonline.com) -Pesto of choice -Avocado -Tomato -Spinach

Prep work:  Make the Vegan Cheddar Cheese Sauce by following the recipe on joyfulbalanceonline.com, and prepare your pesto and vegan butter/mayo if you are using homemade versions of these.

Step 1:  Spread your vegan butter or vegan mayo on the sourdough bread.

Step 1 (cont): Toast your bread in a nonstick skillet on medium heat.

Step 2:  Spread your vegan cheddar cheese sauce on each piece of bread.
