You will need: -Raw cashews -Carrot -Tapioca starch -Nutritional yeast -Apple cider vinegar -Water -Garlic powder -Onion powder -Ground mustard -Ground turmeric -Salt

Step 1:  Boil your cashews and carrot for 15 minutes.

Step 2:  Drain the water. Add the cashews, carrot, and all other ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 3:  Pour your mixture into a small pot and stir as it heats.

Step 3 (cont): Once the mixture has become thick and cheesy, remove from the heat.
