Vegan Chickpea Egg Salad

This Vegan Chickpea Egg Salad is deliciously herby, and super easy to make! The smashed chickpeas combine with our other ingredients perfectly to give us “egg” vibes while being completely plant based. Perfect for a vegan egg salad sandwich or a lettuce wrap!

You will need: -Canned chickpeas -Vegan mayo -Dijon mustard -Garlic powder -Onion powder -Kala Namak black salt -Ground turmeric -Fresh dill -Chives -Optional pickles & celery

Step 1:  Mash chickpeas with a potato masher until slightly chunky.

Step 2:  Add vegan mayo, dijon, and all seasonings to the mashed chickpeas.

Step 3:  Add dill, chives, and optional pickles & celery. Mix well.

Step 4: Let chill in the fridge for an hour. Serve as you wish and enjoy!
