Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

This Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie is refreshing and makes a great summer snack or even a light breakfast. Enjoy this fun lemon twist on the traditional strawberry smoothie all summer long!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
  • lemon juice and zest from 1 small lemon
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¾ cup nondairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 3 teaspoon pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, you may add more nondairy milk as needed.
  • Pour and enjoy!
