Hello, my lovely chickpeas! Summer is now in full swing, and nothing beats this Fresh Peach Lemonade on a hot summer day! This tasty drink is easy to make, has a delicious peach flavor, and is sweetened with agave syrup. I can't wait for you to enjoy this fresh lemonade by the pool this summer!

This recipe comes together quickly, and only uses 4 ingredients! Let's jump in.
Inspiration for Fresh Peach Lemonade
When I was in high school one of my favorite things to do was go to the mall with my friends. And while some teenagers liked to get coffee or milkshakes at the mall, my go-to mall treat was the peach lemonade at Charleys Cheesesteaks.
I admit that I have enjoyed a few Charleys Cheesesteaks Peach Lemonades in my time as an adult as well. However, they are extremely sweet and these days I'm only able to enjoy about a third of the drink before I'm tapped out on sugar. So, I decided this summer to recreate a peach lemonade at home so that I could adjust the sweetness however I wish!
For my version we will be using agave syrup as our sweetener - this gives our lemonade a rich flavor, and is also a bit more of a wholesome option than typical white sugar. The Charleys version also has bits of diced peaches in the lemonade, but I decided to exclude that in my version. I always found that the texture of the peaches got a little too soggy for my taste by the time I got to the second half of the drink. This version is super easy to make and hits the spot without overloading my sweet tooth!
Ingredients
One of my favorite things about this Fresh Peach Lemonade is that it can be made with only 4 ingredients! (And one of those 4 ingredients is water, so really it's kind of 3 ingredients!). So this section will be short and sweet, but let's go over our stars today.
- Lemon juice: obviously a necessity for a great fresh lemonade. Freshly squeezed is best for this!
- Peaches: the addition of peaches adds a bit of natural sweetness to our lemonade, and of course a delicious peach flavor. This flavor pairs so well with the sour lemons and the sweet agave!
- Agave syrup: our sweetener of choice! This adds a smooth and rich (but not too rich) sweetness, and its flavor profile is beautiful against the citrus.
How to Make Fresh Peach Lemonades
This recipe is relatively simple, and doesn't take long to make! As always, full recipe down below. But let's go over the basics.
- Blend together the water, agave syrup, and peaches.
- Strain the blended mixture to catch any leftover bits of peach.
- Pour into a pitcher with lemon juice. Mix to combine.
- Give it a taste test. If desired, add more agave for extra sweetness or more water to tone down the overall flavor. Pour over ice & enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
I love the idea of my readers enjoying this Fresh Peach Lemonade outside this summer. Let's talk about some of the things you can do to make this your own, and how you can best enjoy it!
- As mentioned in the last step of the recipe, add more agave and/or water as you wish! If you like your lemonade super sweet, add agave to your heart's content. And if the overall lemonade flavor is too strong for you, water it down until it reaches your preference!
- I noticed when testing this recipe that the quality of your peaches really does make a difference! It was delicious no matter what, but it was always better when the peaches were at their juiciest. Try to use those peaches at their peak time to get the best flavor!
- You can enjoy this lemonade whenever you wish, but I think it would be especially fun at a pool party or a picnic! You could also double the recipe to make a bigger batch for a summertime potluck!
