One on One Health Coaching to Discover the Healthy Steps to a Happy You!
Everyone’s health journey looks different, and you shouldn’t have to go through it alone. Throughout the Joyful Balance Health Coaching Program, you’ll be able to work with me one on one to discuss and work towards your unique health goals. As your coach, I will act as your accountability partner, informative wellness guide, and supportive mentor. We will work together to discover the goals that are most important to you, and to create specific and realistic steps for you to reach them.
There are tons of factors in our lives that affect our overall health – and we can dive into the ones that are most important to you in our sessions! Some topics that we can discuss and work on together include: healthy eating, physical activity, sleep quality, stress reduction, time management, motivation, energy level, work-life balance, mindfulness, and more. Throughout the program you will learn to set and accomplish wellness goals through realistic actionable steps, cultivate healthy habits, and work towards a balanced lifestyle that can support your overall health. Plus, I will cheer you on along the way!

If you think coaching is right for you, the first step is to contact me to discuss setting up a FREE virtual coaching consultation! In this 20-minute consultation you will learn more about what the health coaching process looks like, and be able to share with me what you are hoping to get out of the health coaching program so that your future sessions can be geared towards exactly what you need.
If we decide we are a good fit after your free coaching consultation, you can then purchase the 6-session package! This package costs $450 and includes six one-on-one 50-minute virtual health coaching appointments, accountability check-ins (if desired), and regular SMART goals that you will work on between sessions that are created specifically for you. Once your 6 initial sessions are complete, you will have the option of purchasing additional sessions.

Hi, I’m Delaney – and I want to help you find the healthy steps to a happy you! I am a Certified Health Behavior Coach and have a background in community health, behavior change, plant based nutrition, fitness, yoga, and mindfulness. (You can learn even more about me on my About page!)
I believe that everyone is capable of becoming a healthier version of themselves while also finding joy in the process, and that this journey will look different for each and every person. I also believe that you shouldn’t have to do it alone. That is why I created the Joyful Balance Health Coaching Program! I can’t wait to help you reach your health and wellness goals.
